Field Dependent - when the shield generator is crippled this model loses Imprint: Kinetic Field and cannot attack with the spray

Imprint: Kinetic Field - spend 1 focus, this model and friendly models within 3" gain +2arm against ranged attacks and do not suffer blast damage

can be brought in rahn tier lists and can be bonded to rahn

tactical comments: This new Myrmydon is the answer against stealth troops, Legion and Cryx will have more problems with this heavy in game. Kinetic field could be useful in some cases, in the middle of the Houseguard or with already high ARM units like Dawnguard to become practically untouchable. Open fist attacks are a little bit low to deal with enemies heavies but with 1 arcanist near (I think they are a must have it) it could be better. The most important spray 10 pow 14 , and if it is not enough is a magic attack. With a RAT of 6 can hit DEF 13 easily.
This Myrmydon could work with all Warcasters, but I think it has a very good synergy with Ravyn in feat turn (boosted ranged attacks), Vyros in feat turn to full up focus, and also Rahn for a nice relocation for spray attack, but I must to tested in a real combat

Well, with rumors of an arcanist warcaster, I was hoping for something more along the lines of what I play. I really appreciate the spray; its something that the Retribution was lacking. However, I don't know if this would find a way into my lists. We'll see what happens, though. I'll probably end up buying it anyway. I really like how the character kits are just addons to the heavy plastic kits!
