Captain Allistair Caine leads a ballsy raid right into the heart of the nightmare empire of Cryx

Special Comments: After being knocked down by several thunderbolt shots from Arcane Tempest Gun Mages, Captain Caine moved in for the kill and shot Iron Lich Asphyxious full of holes. Yes, Captain Caine`s gun stats are~~ Rate of Fire: infinite. With "Reload" from Reinholdt, two initial shots and six focus, that`s a lot of shots to the skull!

Special Comments: Sibling Rivalry! The two separated twins squared off once again (prime versions of Haley and Denegrha) in a 50 pt. modified "Mosh Pit" battle (2 control points needed, 80 minute Deathclock). Cryx Denegrha`s forces overwhelmed Cygnar Sword Knights and LIght warjacks in the center of the battlefield, but a msaaively damaged Stormwall + Haley`s Temporal Barrier managed to hold the line long enough for the win (via Deathclock, Cryx player ran out of time). Captain Haley took a big shot from a Nightwretch`s deathspitter cannon and it looked bleak for Cygnar. But Denegrhra sensed the approach of Cygnar reinforcements and fled the battlefield (perhaps again showing some sympathy for her twin).

Special comments: Warcaster Kraye's forces were able to match Cryx's speed as they jockeyed for control of the centre. Despite Kraye's apprentice warcaster Journeyman being killed by some kind of wrath, the Scout Captain was able to charge down the Pirate Queen Skarre and dispatch her himself after the Black 13th drew her out into the open and shot bloody holes in her. Note: My brain hurt after this battle

Special comments: This was a battle of the underlings as both the Butcher and Kraye did jack all for half the match while their troops had at it. Highlights included Major Katherine Laddermore (who just early in the day was dumbed not worth the points by a japanese player) took out a whole unit of Doom Reavers single handedly. The battle was held in the balance by the only surviving warjacks (a Hunter and Black Ivan) shooting it out point blank from behind their respective cover (19/18 Def). To which the Hunter triumphed. With only the butcher and his dog and Kraye, a Hunter and Katherine left on the board, the warcasters decided that neither held the upper hand and retired from the field.

Special comments: I recorded this one for these players. From the look of it, the Storm Lancers ran down the Protectorate's forces and trampled on the dead bodies (no offense to the Menoth player. Just seems more cinematic).

Special comments: Jeremiah Kraye vs Epic Lylyth, Shadow of Everblight. The guns of Cygnar made short work of the legion with Lylyth riddled with holes from Jeremiah's Cyclone when Lylyth decided to pop out into the open.

Special comments: Jeremiah Kraye vs Kaya the Wildborne clashed for the first time in the surprisingly fertile and desert to the South East near Ancient Icthier. With the Black 13th squad charged with the assassination (not formally sanctioned by King Leto), the Storm Lances created a diversion and under the covering fire of Jeremiah's two Hunters, they made their way up and shot her between the eyes. Not a single Cygnar warrior was killed. A good day for all. Even the cannon fodder.
