So this is a quick write up for the first Privateer Press Steam Roller to be hosted within Japan (as far as I know at least). We were expecting about 8 to show, but some didn't so we had a small group of 4 gather to cross dice and get some page 5 action. Contenders for the number one spot were:

Talus
Plaguebearer
Wraith
Danguinius

The tourney went from 11 am to 7 pm hosting a 3 round schedule with an hour break. Standard Steam Roller rules ensued for maximum destruction of each force. By the end of the day, there were broken swords, broken hearts, and broken egos. Top spots took home SR Coins and the official place certificate. Danguinius took the first spot with three wins, Wraith took second, and Talus took 3rd over all. Plaguebearer wasn't left out of the mix and ended up getting a Domination poster.

We ended the evening with a 2 point brawl. Each player had a 2 point solo available to bring into the mix with Talus taking the last head with an Arcane Assassin. Over all everything went very smoothly and I can't wait to run another one. Check out the pictures loaded in my Dakka gallery

Sort by oldest to recent for chronological photos. :D

Thanks for the write up Gannon. Trolls rule!!!! (at least, we ruled into the 2-point solo battle at the end when my Troolblood Skinner got decapitated by a Mage Hunter Assassin).

I`d also like to point out that we will be having another Steamroller tourney in Fukuyama on October 13th (It`s a Sunday. The next day is a national holiday). It`s open to all WarmaHordes playes in Japan.

Awesome stuff guys. Congrats to Dan and the Assassin who killed Dan's Troll ;-)

I will be continuing to promote Warmahordes over this way. So I hope that we will slowly see more people getting into it. And in the case of the Japanese players, see a revival!
