And just in time for release, a third faction is announced for Q3, the requisite Elves:



Cat riders, archers, treemen, the whole nine yards (cool take on the treeman, though). The fourth faction will presumably be their Skorne / Chaos -ish army.

Hmm. If this army box (and if they release army boxes for the two forces in the starter set) is light enough for Firestorm to give free shipping on it, it may become harder for me to resist this game. I really like the look of the minis, and have a relatively light buy-in to WHFB to overcome.

So seriously, would anybody local be interested in giving this game a shot? I'd probably want to wait till the army boxes drop in Q3 for semi-reasonable shipping, so there'd be no hurry.
