Of Unspeakable Cults seems like an awesome game too, maybe even more interesting than SA?
The fact that players all play on the same terms with their cults make it interesting.

That's great Matt,

If you can run Trail of Cthulu at the Halloween event please enlist a few players to come with you to play. I've got 4 or 5 for my Call if Cthulhu adventure already. Please devise a scenario that will run for 4 hours maximum as we want to give people the chance to play two systems at least on that day. Perhaps we could run Call of Cthulu and Trail of Cthulu in the morning slots and then from the afternoon two other systems. I'll set up a Mordheim board and perhaps we could have a Strange Aeons one too for people who arrive late and miss the starting slots for rpgs. They can play skirmish games while waiting.

Thanks for your support. Anyone else keen to run anything please PM me before July 20th. Cheers. :)
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Just looked at black scorpion's website and apart from the pirates they make some very cool models in the "Tombstone" section that could be used in this game, especially the civilians.

the Wild west models look great... I would like to use them for a gang in Necormunda or in something just for western gun fighters ...

They are very nice indeed. Black Scorpion make some nice figures. For western gun fighters there is Legends of the Old West, a GW product (dont get mad). It looks like the Lord of the Rings rules meshed with Mordheims campaign system. I actually wouldnt mind giving it a shot at some stage but right now I'm all about the Pirates. BS is also planning a cowboy game similar to Cutlass! so if pirates are popular this year, maybe we'll do cowboys next year.

Back on topic.

Cowboys would make a reasonable range for a Texas Ranger style group for Strange Aeons.

That would be really cool. I think it'd be cool to come up with some theme skills for certain theme groups. The Meiji-era Japanese (or Taisho) one sounded awesome too.
