Did she forget to send it?
I am about to order the expanding chaos bundle from Uncle Mike's. Can't decide if I want the expanding bundle or only strange tales #1 though.
You get some bonus minis with the bundle.

I can't seem to find the rules for a "Scene of Horror" in the main rulebook, is this an expansion addon?

A Scene of Horror? I don't know if I'm familiar with that scenario. Where did you read about it?

It is not a scenario, it id a CD sized terrain piece that you put on the board and it causes terror pr something if you move too near it, it is a very cool idea and I have some great ideas about what to make. But I can't seem to gind the rules, it is probably in strange tales 1.

My expansions finally came in today!

It is indeed in Strange Tales 1. They cost 10 BP. The Lurker can roll 1d3 at the beginning of the game and place that many CD sized templates on the board. They cause fear in a 5" diameter from the edge of the template.

Pretty expensive points wise but I guess they could be useful in bigger games. They are good because they can serve as terrain only as well.
Just finished my first scene of horror piece, but it will take a while to paint.

I know Ennui isnt a fan of them, but GW do some nice, gothic looking terrain pieces.
