It's a tabletop wargame pitching huge corporate armies against each other and some demonic/alien force in a near future setting. Miguelsan's IG are made from Warzone minis. The original range was pretty poorly sculpted (IMHO), but they had some nice ideas. If I remember the factions were Mishima (Japanese samurai theme), Bauhaus (Germans), Capitol (Americans), as well as a British faction and the aforementioned demons. If they do a good job of resculpting the minis and promote it properly it could be a fun alternative to 40K, though it would need a lot of work to touch GWs market share.

Dakka link for info.

I'm giddy like a 16 yo girl before her first date

I got disconnected from the game when Warzone went belly up the first time around, the revival attempt didn't even reach Spain. Then Fantasy Flight got the license and change the scale and looks pushing all the old fan base away. Still the old stuff never died on me and I kept hoping somebody would bring it back. Now I go my wish and hope they get it right this time, at the very least I'll get more miniatures to store in the closet :D

The game plays closer to Infinity than 40K, using d20s and alternate squad activation with an optimum size of about 20 to 25 miniatures. There are 6 major human factions, 5 Corps and the Brotherhood fighting against the Dark Legion that it's divided in 5 Apostles. The fluff imported from the rpg was quite good but got dulled a little bit in the 2nd ed.

I remember it , never played it myself. I still have a couple mutant-demon thingers I used as Scavies for my Necromunda gang. It did have really good interior artwork/covers, and the miniatures were pretty good for the time. I did play the little board game game (Mutant Chronicles?) which I remember being pretty fun.

You probably played Siege of the Citatel. Heard it was pretty fun and colorful, like a Space Hulk with zombies.

I don't have much interest in the game, but I do think those brotherhood minis would make excellent Grey Knight proxies.

I had a buddy who had a bunch of them years back. He'd play them using SOB rules. This was like 2nd ed. There were some good figs in there for the time.
