New Range from Studio McVey

As one of the better sculptors out there (well, I think so), I figured that this might interest some people. Mike McVey is starting a new line of SF figures. The website is here and the first piece looks great for use in any generic SF game be it tabletop wargame (imperial guard officer?), skirmish game (Necromunda ganger?) or RPG (cyberpunk street samurai?).

Nice. It looks like it might be similar to some of the stuff that Reaper have churned out in their Chronopia line.

huzzah for studio mcvey. How come this wasnt in their newsletter?

btw, Mike McVey doesnt sculpt. He just runs the studio, and his wife does the painting (well, OK, he paints a bit.) The sculpts are all commision jobbies from other chaps.

Studio McVey have posted a preview of another figure, a medic this time. Pictures can be found here.

Looks very nice. Would probably make a nice Van Saar model for Necromunda.

aint you never seen Kara Black before? She's been around for ages. You want her, I advise you buy her sharpish, as when Studio McVey say limited edition, they mean 750 in the world. They can and do sell out of things. Ar-Fienel is already gone. Kara is very popular. Id buy her now if you want her.

She's a Kev White mini, btw. (I mean, he sculpted her. McVey just sells em.)
