Well, I picked up this game to use the mechs and infantry models with Secrets of the Third Reich, but have found the game to be an absolute blast.

Setting up the game takes about 5-10 minutes. The rules are very simple and can be picked up in the first game, though as the name implies, learning how to move and use your units effectively has a big impact on gameplay. Gameplay for the units straight out of the box takes about 1 hour.
The models are cool (though not a solid as GW or other plastic minis) and can be painted up nicely (well, as nicely as I can manage anyway).
The core rules and the rules for the 1st expansion are available for free download from Fantasy Flight Games, but I think you will need to register with their site (free of charge).
The official webpage has the basic rules and some wall-papers for free download as well.
Finally there is a smaller company http://www.dustgame.com/index.php making resin upgrades and extra pieces for the game in the same manner as GW's Forge World. The models are about $20 more minimum, but are game legal. Be careful of scale though as the board game is 1/48 but some of the models are 1/36 display pieces.
Having played 2 games and run 1 game for other players I can honestly say that this is a very fast, easy and most importantly FUN game to play and I have already ordered the 1st expansion pack and some extra units.
Edit - The next expansion after Operation Cyclone, entitled Operation Seelowe will see the release of mind-controlled Gorillas with steel fists for the axis forces....
