Alas, it doesn't travel mate. The raised levels are glued on, and the whole thing takes up three light but large bases.

I reckon that skull looks a bit lumpy still

Depends what you're after, really. If you want a perfectly symmetrical GW style skull then aye, it's a bit lumpy, but if you want a skull with character (and if that character is "disgruntled") then you have hit the nail on the head with that there skull.

Half-eldar? Rather square in the jaw and round in the ear for an eldar, but there ye go.
