That is pretty much the approach I am taking.

I have several different piles that a draw from so just paint what takes my fancy. So for the piles are;

Blood bowl dwarves
Eldar
Orks
Epic Orks
WW2 Germans
Generic scifi punks for necromunda

I only managed about 30 minutes painting time today due to work and whatnot. My Napoleonic minis are coming along slowly but surely and I have a fair chunk of free time over the weekend to spend painting.

Late last night I cooked chili. Then I began working on a new Dwarf model. It is a lot of fun just painting individual models. :)

Today I worked and came home late. Now I am way too tired to do any work on the minis. Oh, well. :?

He should have a red uniform. The away guy that is guaranteed not to return. 3 to beam down. And oh yeah, one turd.

Like this new miniature. Even if I'm not an ogre player. I really like the ogre monsters. Especially the stonehorn or something. Going to buy one just to paint someday.

Won a space marine tank commander top hatches and all for 400yen including shipping and I also watched half of the hobbit last night. Not bad at all. I especially like the albino Orc boss. Very cool dwarf and Orc fight scene. And got a few holes drilled on my sanguinary guard before heading to a graduation party in Nagoya.

Well, well, well. What a pleasant surprise came a knocking today?! My package from Canada arrived and I spent a good part separating it into sections.

And found some old models I really liked.

Anyone remember these.

And got some more done on my stormtalon.

And then another knock on the door and my vindicator and whirlwind tanks arrived. What a wicked day!

Mine too. I know a miniature is really cool when it's from an army I dislike but still want it. Orgres are a prime example. Not into the army but love the miniatures from them.

I found a lot of marauder miniatures too. Remember those. They made great minis.

Wow! :o It looks like a you won a small jackpot!

And I like the hair on your pilot.

Today I got my package from Renedra, so I might work on the fences I bought or basing my new Napoleonic cannons.

Yep. I only have one marauder miniature, an old chaos thug. I would love to get a load of them.

Love that old epic Eldar stuff. Them were the days...

Today I rethought my plan for basing the showgirls and proceeded with plan B. This involved a lot of milliput, and will involve a lot of sandpaper tomorrow. I also finished cleaning up and assembling my Mierce brutes and set about converting them to plague ogryns. Tbh I would like to keep conversion to a minimum - the models are that nice it'd be a shame to hide the musculature.
