Assembled my Librarian and the special edition Chaplain. Top notch awesome model. Now I will work on painting the ground on my Polish regiment's bases.

@J-R: That buddhist librarian is awesome. Very unique. :)

Today I watched the last 2 episodes of the current run of doctor who. Last episode was pretty good. First five minutes and final scene were ace on a stick, though.

Now to wait 5 months for the next episode... :roll:

The way that episode was going, I wouldn't have been surprised if she did turn up. Not on a stick, though - that woulda been weird.

@Spev - Very cool.

Today I watched The Expendables, did some more work on some horses for my Celtic chariots, painted some damage effects onto a Khadoran Warjack, painted the carbines and some harnesses on my British Hussars (which won't be ready by Saturday) and painted and flocked the bases of some British Light Infantry (who are ready for Saturday now). Oh, and I tried very hard to convince myself that I DON'T need another marine army, especially an all resin one which will cost me an absolute fortune...

You don't. Nobody plays 30k around here (well, not that I know of) and it would suck all your available funds away and prevent you from buying other, more worthy, cool shinies. If you're tempted by the models, but one or two and call em army commanders for your 40k armies. Likewise contemptors, etc.

Cool VBCW mini and painting. Looks like a great concept and system.

Cheers mate. It is one of the figs I got off of you in trade a while back. Absolute joy to pain.

I have been quite productive today in the old Pulp - Weird World War 2 - VBCW arena today;
