He looks like if he just had a close encounter of the Tyranid kind.
Today I sprayed my warehouse metal, spent most of an orange pot on the walls and glued the roof, still undecided if I want to used magnets or glue for the walls.

@mij, Ah, well, Its not my first time in Skyrim, sure to have missed a lot though. I have been in the Winterhold midden in the college, is this the dungeon you're thinking of? I didn't find anything daedric in there but maybe a second look is in order.
Not sure what is next on the cards for my wily Breton. Yes, Breton- Human beings for me, none of that cat and lizard nonsense! I like to create a character that looks vaguely like myself, yet is not overweight and working as a language teacher. Although I sometimes chop wood in Whiterun to make ends meet, which is almost like reality.
In down time, I made a Armoured Platoon BEF list for BA. In 1000 pts, you can muster 4 Matilda II tanks or variants, 1 as command, 2 Bedford trucks with 10 BEF infantry, a tilly with Artillery observer and a bren carrier with a mortar team. All inexperienced. Seems reasonably historical and lots of units. Doubt I'll be building it, but I'm impressed with what is possible.
@Prim, I am looking at Market Garden too for a some ideas on a vaguely historical armoured list that could tackle your mid to late war huns... I basically just want an excuse to buy the Humber Scout car model with Michael Caine in it.

@ Lovejoy, Do you think you can do it Joe?
I've got nothing planned for the afternoon.
Sounds like Bolt Action is a winner, you are finding time to paint and game despite a hectic schedule. That's great.

This afternoon I got some more paint on my armoured car, osttruppen, dragoons and I also finished off a Bones miniature as well. In addition to all that, my somewhat secret project for the Border Princes campaign is starting to take shape.

Re: What did you do today.
Today I finished breaking bad series one. I'm hooked.
Also finished watching The Trip with Steve Coogan and Rob Brydon. Love that series, the poignant banter and backdrop of the glorious north of Coleridge and Wordsworth. I also enjoyed some vintage Who with William Hartnell in Planet of Giants.
Currently downloading the remaining Breaking Bad seasons and the new lost tapes Who episodes.
Beer, gyoza, rice and salad made for a batchelor meal for one. My wife and I are finally separated for the time being to make amends.
It's nostalgic being alone again.
Painting? Hopefully some quality time tomorrow.

Re: What did you do today.
Today was the Tsu festival. Rather than watch a load of noisy dashi and naff dance routines while eating junk food and trying not to be recognised by ex students and co workers I decided to get out of town for the day. Just cycled 26.5 km which is about (edited) 16 miles. As you do. Hard going. Made it to Meiwa from Tsu. Next time I want to try Ise and back. Hopefully without the wind against me. Oh and I must remember some lunch money. Had enough for a litre of orange juice and a rice ball luckily.
Tired now but a day well spent.

Re: What did you do today.
What's with all the cycling on these forums recently? I thought we were all wargaming geeks? What happened to lounging about at home and eating crisps and drinking coke?
Today I went to look at microwaves in the morning, and spent the afternoon trying to settle two boys to sleep. I managed an hour or so of tomb raider (which is a well made game for sure, but I don't feel completely inspired by it) and am now finishing off a Big Mac and fries for me dins. Tomorrow: speech contest.
