Sounds suspiciously like an Elf colour to me. Are you sure you're feeling ok? No urges to pick flowers and start dancing through the meadows? No desire to hug some trees and live at one with nature?

This afternoon I did a little more work on converting some Necron warriors into Flayed Ones, put some more colour on my IG squad and finished off all the painting on my Raven Guard unit. This evening I hope to get them based properly and do some more work on the IG and 'cron units.

I got all the models from Dan for the menoth faction. Dang, I thought Khador had it bad with their pikemen. They got nothing on those flags and swords menoth carries! I'm working on location and putting away other models so I can move my Menoth off the paint table, then get back to my germans and Gatormen. Oh and I gotta glue together a few new 'mechs to bring to bear against Prim Friday.

Well, I finished off my squad of Raven Guard. 10 minis painted and based in 6 days, not too bad I guess. I also got my 2nd and 3rd Flayed Ones done, put a couple more colours onto the IG, got a reaper mini ready for it's final layer of washes and did a little more work on my Hydra. I'm feeling in a pretty painty mood this week I guess.

Sombre grey is the color of the ashes left after you burn down a forest of elfy, hug-me trees.

MJ: ditto on the terrible twos. Let's go for ramen and beer on Friday if you are free. From 8?
There may be some gaming at Leslies too but nothing confirmed yet.
Pass that bottle to me.

Finished up dem terminators. Laundry's out, so I can't spray seal them quite yet. I'll probably get together a full-on photo shoot on Sunday of the whole dang finished project.

Which means I should get around to finishing up my troll mob for my Gobbelins, I reckon.
Feel free to call me Dave!

Today I went up to Seki and played Battletech with Colonel Voss. Unfortunately we didn't have time to finish up our game as I had to catch a bus home, but it was a lot of fun as for some reason I failed nearly every piloting roll I was forced to make and most of my Mech Warrriors were falling down like a crowd of alcoholics at the end of a boozy night.

@ToD : wooo! Well done on a finished project of much awesome.

As for me, to celebrate actually having two (count em! One, two!) days off this weekend, I spent the evening playing Tomb raider, drinking beer and eating crackers, cheese and salami. I also pledged a big lump of money for a mini that doesn't exist yet. Bet it turns out to be the world's first bad Carasco sculpt...

Given how close together they were, I would say a crowd is right. Not to mention all the problems trying to get up afterwards.
