What did you do today.

Today I was able to get an hour or so's painting in. I put some washes down on my Dragoons and a couple of other minis I am working on and did a little of the detail work on my IG squad. The Dragoons are becoming a real grind. There are still a ton of things to do on them and some of the earlier paint is already chipped. Sigh.

Played a teeny bit of Starcraft 2. I'd forgotten how finicky PC games were to set up compared to PS3 games. Still - all done now

Did a bit more base-color coverage of some chaos marines. Bo-ring.

Found this in my bitz box, but don't really have any way to make use of it without chopping it up way more than I'd like to. *nostalgia*

Today I spent some time working on my IG. I have a game of 40K at the weekend I need to get ready for, so I want to get this squad done and off my painting table ASAP. I also got some more paint put on my Dragoons. They're slowly beginning to look like the finished product now. Just a few more hours slogging away to go.

Put a few hours into a large boyz mob this week. Been painting gorkamorka minis 24/7!!

Converted one of them up to be shouting into a megaphone.

Orange is a real bugger to paint but they all look like they are in community service jump suits

Ended up having to go to the hospital last night. Ever since the stomach intestinal flu, things haven't been great. I get a camera shoved down my throat on the 29th and depending on how bad maybe immediate admitance to the hospital.

That's exactly what I was thinking of in my bits box root. But to make it fit I'd have to chop off quite a lot of it - it's really designed very specifically to go on an Original Beaky. I just can't bring myself to do it.

You'll just have to chop up the Chaos Marine to fit the launcher then. Chop the arms up or make some green stuff tentacles to hold it or whatever. Muuuuutations....
