Worked on my Trukk a bit yesterday while watching sumo. All I managed to do was paint a cargo box strapped on the side. I have been getting jack-all painted recently, and it took me an hour just to do that box. Lost my rhythm. We'll see if I can get it back as I paint the oil drum strapped on the other side.

Today I went to look at some plots of land. We found one that we like and have asked the real estate agent to reserve it for a few weeks while we talk to the builder about it. Looking over the paperwork, there is a scary number of zeroes after the first number.

This weekend I have had no hobby mojo at all. Today I felt...kinda generically under par. Felt like a fever, but the thermometer disagreed. Felt exhausted, despite sleeping about 7hrs last night. I actually fell asleep on the couch watching finding nemo with Sean. So, no painting. I did watch DK rises last night, and while it is an excellent film (especially michael Caine) I reckon it's not quite as good as the DK. I also played a few hours of Dishonoured, which is really growing on me as a setting. It's kinda a sliiiightly steampunk whaling port, fallen on hard times, with a rat plague causing problems. Lots of sneakin about and using magic to see guards through walls kind of stuff. It's a lot of fun, but quite tricky if you choose stealth over confrontation.

I'm intimidated by the size of the codpiece on the nurse kitty.

Today I did a smidgeon of puttering on my venoms. Ven 1 is almost done - I just need to work out how to mount the gun. Ven 2 is still a WIP, but the crew person is getting there.
It's funny, I'm feeling a bit inspired to paint dark Eldar, which is odd, as I haven't really looked at em much for a year or so. Hmmm...

Painted more Marines yesterday. Thirteen days to go and I've not started the Centurions yet.

Also, played my first game of Flames of War in several years. My 8th Army Motor Rifle Company was victorious over the Boche, thanks to my mighty Sherman IIIs and 25pdr guns. :)
