I repaired some Austrian miniature. Also I started building one more regular infantry unit for October 13th game.

I built a battalion of French Guard and primed them. I also began work on another battalion of French Fusiliers and painted a lot of the unit.

Last night I got the first bit of painting done on the PHR minis on the workbench - an all-over coat of gunmetal. I'll give it some washes this evening, brighten it up with some lighter metallics, then get to work on the armor plating. I'm thinking of gray or two-toned gray-white, but haven't quite decided yet.
Feel free to call me Dave!

I managed to get a little painting in yesterday evening on some minis for the Joshin at the end of the month.

Got a quiet afternoon to myself and got one wall of the Gorkamorkaforta pretty well roughed out. Next, dig through the bits box and start detailing. Going to try and make some Oyumaru molds and press mold some riveted scrap metal plates and things. I`m sort of just doing on wall at a time. It's too big a project to do all at once.
And as the weather cools, my mind is turning to green/grey stuff. Picked out a right nice skull for my Digga Shaman's mask. Got to start trimming that up a bit next. I was sculpting a face on another Digga. Almost human looking. I should just get a set of those Statuesque heads and save myself the work.
...and now his Head was full of nothing but Inchantments, Quarrels, Battles, Challenges, Wounds, Complaints, Amours, and abundance of Stuff and Impossibilities.....

Tonight I worked on the same battalion of infantry. I also glued a bunch of the Guard to bases along with the second battery of artillery. In addition, this morning, I had some time so I based up the other artillery battery.

Today I painted up the other astropath, going with a red cloak this time to get a little red oni / blue oni theme going. (Though I'll probably only ever use one of them in a game)

I also primed my three unpainted leman russ tanks, and I plan to start painting them over the weekend.
