Worked a little on some Deadzone terrain, which arrived today and which I picked up to fill out my Dredd scenery. Rather boxy, but decent and can't complain for the small monetary outlay, although modular it ain't, despite the claims that the stuff can be easily assembled and reassembled. It really can't, glue it or give up! Starting to take shape as a scabby industrial sector of Mega City One, hopefully will be useful for November Joshin Dredd.

Today (well, ttwenty minutes ago, so yesterday, I suppose), I finished this:

I also finished some Juves and Punks for Judge Dredd. I've had these ever since the Kickstarter started sending stuff out, as I couldnt think of a colour shceme. So I just copied the ones on the website.

I've also, in the last week, finished two Chimeras and spray primed a dozen buildings.

@AGP: lovely Sicarius. Nice work with highlighting all the edges nice and crisply. I myself have been eyeing all the FW stuff since picking up their Chaos release. How did the Sicarius kit come together? No trouble?

Personally I have almost nothing to report in progress. :(

@Agp, nice Juves. I didn't know how best to paint mine either- reckon you did right to use the official paint jobs as inspiration. I considered some kind of unified gang colours myself, but if I had done that they would probably be too identifiable in players heads as 'the pink quiff mob' or 'the red knee pad posse' or whatever after a couple of games, and then where are you, eh? Far better as a generic multi-colored mish-mash like on the websites and in the rulebook.
My son is now crawling and standing with support, and is able to commit random acts of naughtiness without intending to. Spillages, boxes divested of tissues, general runny-nosed mayhem today before work..very funny though.
Later, made an ork list I rather like with lots of fast stuff, but don't think they are on the cards for Nagoyahammer after costing up the needed minis at daft GW prices. Will probably plump for licking those recently acquired Necrons into shape instead.

Daiso+Cardstock+a handful of Gunpla rivets and bolts= Orky pedal to the metal mayhem.
And hey, you can always borrow stuff from the Madmiral! I always do!

I was thinking of fast attack with deffkoptahs, 12 warbikes, stormboyz. I have the koptahs at least! I suppose bodging together some bikes isn't impossible, they might look rubbish though. <has sudden revelation> Maybe that's the point...

That would be some tricky bodgin. Cobbling together Stormboyz is no problem though!

I'd need a base for the bikes..I have 6 already, but would need (well, not need but fancy) 6 more. I don't think a unit of only 6 as it is would last long, besides, a dozen thrashing around the table would be double the fun.
I came across this which looks interesting:-

Doesn't look like the squat bikes are sold seperately, unfortunately, but if they were the design might be okay to orkify. And that big drill might be useful to ork players who want a cheaper mek gun.

Got in a bit of sculpting today before watching Spiderman 3 (tooooo many bad guys! If it had just been Sandman, and skipped out on all the Venom stuff it would have rocked) and the last day of the Kyushu basho. Anyone else on the forum dig sumo?
Just about got the Diggashaman done. Might even get her ready to paint by tomorrow!
&Lovejoy- If the Madmiral is not playing Orks this Naghammer, he's got tons of bikes and Stormboyz.

Spider-Man 3 was just about the worst movie I have ever seen. It was a good while ago that I saw it, so details are fuzzy, but I distinctly recall thinking it was utter pish. Which is a shame, as I rather like superhero movies, and spidey and venom are two of my favorite characters.
