I spent a few hours at the post office today trying to get an international money order (for my passport renewal). I can't believe it took so long; they must not get too many requests for them.

About half of my raging heroes models actually did ship a week ago, as it turns out. They just didn't send the shipping notice e-mail until yesterday. The package is already at customs in Japan, so I should get a chance to start painting the girls during the winter break.

Hurrah on getting your ladies. I hope to see the babes some time on the battlefield. (And then blow them up with my Chaos. :D )

Today I received my Blood Slaughterer. It looks cool and I hope to assemble it after I clear my painting table. I also got up very early and put a wash down on my Panther and also primed my Khorne demons. I look forward to painting them a bit tonight.

A word of advice to anyone making, or planning to make a trifle this festive season:

Do not use kiwi fruit.

That is all.

Oh, come on. You can't leave us with that. Details, man. Is it just foul or is there some sort of horrific enzymatic reaction?

As my wife is working today, I have spent the morning so far painting up Reaper minis for a game of D&D. Nothing much to show off yet, but I am making progress on them. A couple of them are the Bones plastics, but most of them are metal. Reaper makes some lovely figures.

Have a good Xmas everyone.
