I actually think it is kinda cool. Parts sourcing for me, pseudo-marines for the kids.

Yeah.
No rage at all, but I am genuinely curious about how the game will play. Looking at the two forces, and the round bases,mig would seem like it will play the way 40K does now.

Maybe these are skirmish rules, and there will be full on battle rules too?

Either way, I'm more interested in playing WFB 3rd ed than playing a fantasy version of 40K.

I like 'em. A bit of a Confrontation vibe to them, or yon game that you needed a computer to play, that no-one bought.

I rather liked the techno-fantasy direction that WFB started going in, what with the Empire, Skaven and Dwarves.
