60 would be a much nicer, round number.

So many games, so little time....

Nope. I haven't seen anything in their entire line up which appeals. While I do like the BA rules a lot, I'm happy with them as they are and don't need a second, slightly different set of rules cluttering up my brain.YellowStreak wrote:So...Antares?Primarch wrote:I do have a problem. 57 armies?!?!

I can think of a dozen other projects that I would like to do without breaking a sweat. Breaking my wallet, my storage area and my wife's rapidly thinning patience is what stops me from doing them.

I added some magnetized spikes to my trukk for Gorka Morka. Shiny and chrome! Witness it!

Very shiny. It's a Rictus Erectus in Ork form, too!

I haven't been able to squeeze much painting time in this week, but I was able to clip some minis from their sprues and remove the mould lines yesterday. Not the most exciting news, I know.

I always find it strange just how much time clipping and removing mould lines consumes.Primarch wrote:I haven't been able to squeeze much painting time in this week, but I was able to clip some minis from their sprues and remove the mould lines yesterday. Not the most exciting news, I know.
Hobby wise, not much action for me either due to work. Though I have been reading about the Horus Heresy. Today was the Dark King and Lightning Tower which deals with Primarchs Konrad Curze and Rogal Dorn and their perspectives and motivations etc.
Hope everyone is having a good week despite the grey and rain.

Re: What did you do today.
I find I regularly take an evening prepping one or two minis for assembly.
These past few days I have been cutting out teeny tiny wee little shapes from masking tape. I've mentioned before how much I love the masking stage of airbrushing, but I'm at that point where I feel compelled to mention it again:
I really really really frickin hate masking things. If I never have to draw, cut out and stick down another *SSP revealing design* again it'll be too soon. I must've done literally hundreds of em in the past few days. Grah!

Working on the carriage of my new artillery piece.
@MiJ I think Prim said it before. Why do you continue doing things the right way instead of slapping some paint and calling it a day?
