Did a spot more painting on a couple of Rhinos today. My terrain project looks like it could be a go-er too.

@Miguelsan - That is indeed a fair amount of Boom! I'm not sure if it will be enough, but it will certainly be useful.

Today I put some sand down on some bases, undercoated a load of minis, did some more work on some marine tanks and even found time to sit down and watch Peaky Blinders, which is quite a good little period (crime) drama.

I had the day off so I watched episode 1 of the box of delights to start the run up to Christmas. After that I went for a 10k run which took about an hour. Then I enjoyed the Hobbit movie on blu ray. Just waiting for part 2 to download while I watch the Lord of the rings appendices. All in all a good day.
Just polished off some wine, cheese and salami to fill up the corners. Lovely.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

I've taken the past couple f evenings off the SSP to work on some terrain. I'm now very much o the opinion that laser cut mdf is the bestest best thing ever (tm). The pic below shows a gallows and a hovel from 4ground and a hexapod-holder from wargames-model-mods.

Also, I've watched the first couple of episodes of Jessica Jones. So far, so very good. Bloody dark, though - makes daredevil look like Father Ted...

@M_i_j - Having just received a handful of 4ground buildings, I am inclined to agree, but I think that MDF does have it's limitations. MDF tends to be fairly flat, even with multiple layers, all of the detail is at the same depths. This makes it great for certain things, concrete, wood and flat brickwork all come out fairly nicely. For rough hewn stone, resin and plastic do a better job. Likewise, if you want a lot of molded on detail, or smooth round surfaces, there are better options.

It is aces for most things though. :D And there seem to be a lot of companies offering a lot of goodies in every scale, which is always nice to see. Between Sarissa, 4Ground and a couple of other companies, I could easily spend my hobby allowance for next year and still not get half of the stuff I would like.

As usual the gun is a little bit small compared to those made by GW but nobody can acuse them of knowing what size a real gun should be.

If I like the finished model I will hunt more for Nagoyahammer so be ready to be on the receiving end of 3 or 4 or 5 or... how many will I be able to fit in 750pts?????

Oh my. Don't forget the Primaris and Astropaths for the Divination buffs......

Had a most productive weekend of hobby-ing. Made good progress on the sculpting projects and somehow managed to get a Diggachick 3/4 painted, sort of by surprise. I was just going to lay down some basecoats to get warmed up, and I just fell in the groove.
