#2 reminds me very much of El Macho from Despicable Me 2 (a fine film, and well worth watching on a rainy afternoon.)

I spent a good 3-4 hours today painting. I got all the base colours down on 38 marines.

Today I finished a building and watched Ex Machina, which is a bloody good film. Proper sci fi that leaves you thinking deep thoughts after it's finished. Also, good acting from the whole cast (all 3 of em...) Pop fact: the beardy guy plays Poe Dameron in the new Star Wars movie. Wouldn't have pegged him at all, but in my defense he is very bearded...

Got "El Macho" monogrammed on the back of that Stuntie's biker jacket. Got a Diggachick almost finished and another to the half way point. Started experimenting with a Skitarii conversion and did a bit of work on a super secret mini project. I tend to have lots of projects going on at once. If i concentrate on one figure, I end up trying to do too much at one time and just put my thumb in whatever I have been painstakingly crafting for the last half hour.

Based colored all of my Horus Heresy Betrayal at Calth. Painted more of the Puppeteswar Prime warwalker and put together another batch of Kingdom death miniatures.
Next build are the unarmored ones with the hunter
