I've been busy working on terrain over the last few days, but this evening I took some time off from painting to watch a couple of episodes of Marvel's The Defenders. Pretty good so far. :D

The writing staff have clearly taken Raymond Chandler's quote to hand;
When in doubt, have a man come through the door with a gun in his hand.
Except replace "man with a gun" with "ninjas".

Well, Ninjas are considerably cooler than men with guns. :D

I'm not entirely sure I agree with that, but so be it. :)

In hobby news, Forge World's Cerastus Knight Atrapos is fiddly and annoying to build. First you need to trim the ankle and hip piston rods to length (ten in total) and now I need to fully paint the cockpit interior before assembling the torso, masking off the cockpit and priming the rest of the model.

I'm willing to admit that there may be some exceptions. :D

Yesterday I painted up a munitions cherub (dumb model but useful rules, so there you go) and got started on my hellblasters. I also kind of drove down to Meruhen and bought a predator. Oops! 20% off is a dangerous drug.
Feel free to call me Dave!

" Gasp" You didnt!!.... Kojibear and I were ogling that predator for an hour just recently.
Also I love the ammo cherub, so cute, yet so 40k! The best thing to come out of the devastators kit.

Many an airbrush nightmare was had to bring you terrain somewhat resembling a building and not just a corner of a building

In my role as shopping morale supporter, I merely mentioned that the price was indeed cheaper than GW. I try to give balanced and non committal, yet definitively positive advice to my charges. :D

Nice one Dave, your scythes of the emperor are slowly reaching fully operational status. :)
