Today I played my first ever game of This is Not a Test against Prim. I found the game to be very much to my liking, to be honest. It's very intuitive, and has some nice mechanics that reflect how things would probably be (for example, when you get shot at, you may well dive for cover. Seems reasonable, imho...). The way the turns work is a nice combination of IGYG and bloodbowl's turnover system, too. Plus the setting is cool

I'd certainly play this again, happily.
I also played a few games of Magic with actual paper cards, and found that Prim is not to be taken lightly, either in Limited or Brawl, even when he doesn't know what half the cards do

Which probably says something about my ability to draft a decent deck, but hey ho...
So, many thanks to Prim for hosting, and for introducing me to the joys of post apocalyptics miniature gaming
