September 2025 Nagoya Games Day: 9/21 at e-able
Hi all,
September's game day will be Sunday the 21st, at e-able in Higashibetsuin (venue link for any new folks). We'll be up on the 3rd floor if my intelligence is reliable. Cost is 500 yen for the day as per usual, and we'll have the room from 9 til 4.
I'll have Blackstone in the morning, where we'll be starting a new quest, and have a game of Titanicus set up with Yellowstreak in the afternoon.

I should be there! Planning to continue with Space Wolves in the hopes of having one army where I can actually remember their rules. Hopefully I'll get more of the new units painted and can try Saga of the Beastslayer.

I'd be down for some Trench Crusade if anyone is interested

I am planning to play a game of Pillage with Yellowstreak in the morning. As I will have my Dark Ages minis with me, would anyone like to try Saga: Age of Vikings in the afternoon?

I'd like a game of Malifaux (of course) and if possible a demo of Trench Crusade.

@Balloonacorn Do you have your own minis for Trench Crusade? I'd be happy to play if you do.
@Primarch Do you have models for both sides of a game of Saga: Age of Vikings? I'd be happy to play that too if I could borrow some models, and you'd be fine coaching me on the rules.

Indeed I do. I have Vikings (Aggressive melee), Anglo-Saxons (Lots of weak troops), Anglo-Danes (Attrition), Normans (Cavalry and Crossbows), and Bretons (Skirmishing Cavalry with javelins).Grantholomeu wrote: ↑Thu Aug 21, 2025 2:45 pm@Primarch Do you have models for both sides of a game of Saga: Age of Vikings? Vikings and Danes are probably the easiest to play, Bretons are the most difficult.
Let me know which sounds best for you.

@Primarch Anglo-Saxons sound fun.
@Balloonacorn The game me_in_japan and I played last month was 700pts, and we finished pretty handily in about 2hrs, so I'd be happy to do that again. Consider you'll spend a lot of points upgrading models by giving them equipment, while their chassis are relatively cheap. You can download the rules off their website and get brewing. First 25% or so is gameplay rules. Middle 50% is faction crunch. Last 25% is scenario/campaign details.
