I couldnt say that that was the best place to get the stuff, just where I got it. i reckon it's probably worth the 1000 yen. I seem to recall getting 2 packs when i bought it, probably to offset my guilt at the shipping :lol: It's all just one big congealed lump now, anyway (but still perfectly useable, i might add). bear in mind you were pretty happy to pay CMoN a lot more than 1000 for it a few posts ago. It'll about relative perspective,really :)

Actually I wasn't ever happy to pay for it, if you notice ;) maybe I'll get 2 packs, too...

Is there a particular reason to avoid the non-clear stuff?

it's not that the non-clear stuff is bad, it's just that the clear stuff is...well, clear, so you can see through it to the thing you're molding. This allows you to spot any buggersome wee air-pockets and winkle them out with a pin or similar.
