@TOD - Good find. Not often that a painted 28mm miniature makes you pitch a tent ;)

Does anyone else think the top of her head looks cut off? (assuming anyone else has looked that far up ;) )

It's a good un, for sure. I've never tried transparency/sheer before. There's a chap on CMoN called Milosh who does fantastic skin (paints a lot of nuddy wimmen) but he's also excellent at doing sheer effects.

That's a fairly sfw example. Others...not so much. As you can see from his gallery, he's also verra good at historicals, too.

Ps @underdweller - aye, right enough - its a tad flat. Unless the hair at the front is kinda heaped up? But then her head is too short overall. Hmmm...

Those are certainly nice tanks. The glowy-glittery-sparkely effects in the prisms are great. It really looks like they have some translucency and depth. The freehand details are really nicely done, the flame effects from the dragon's mouths are very interesting. Though I am not a big fan in principle. Design wise, they should be on the side of someone's Chevy van.

Nah - you're confusing "full of character" with "poorly proportioned* and lacking in detail" there, I'm afraid, chief...

*yes, I appreciate they're goblins. They're poorly proportioned even for goblins.
