I'm doubting that you have 5 painted Land Raiders for your Blood Angels/World Eaters.
Plus at 1500 points its mathematically impossible. The cheapest you could get the raiders would be Death Company + Raider which works out at 300 points. 5 of those would come to 1500 with no HQ choice.
