Now a bit of work on the M8

Sorry, I read that and I can't shake the image of you digging up the motorway between Glasgow and Edinburgh...

This evening I got no painting done, but unlike yesterday evening it was for absolutely good reasons. The other day I ordered a region-free DVD player so my son could watch the DVDs my mum and dad sent for his birthday (we figure a bit of English language kids tv can't hurt). So, today I was setting up the DVD player and wanted to check all was functional. I pop in one of my DVDs. First on hand: The Big Lebowski. And, well, yknow, it's not really a movie you can turn off once it starts. My wife actually watched the whole thing with me, and was busting up laughing at all the appropriate points. A quality evening in was had by all.

Spent a lot of this evening putting some paint on some Russian infantry and a T34. Still lots more to do on them though.

Did a little more work on my WW2 Germans.

Should have three 10 man squads and a half track done by the end of next week.

Today I finished one showgirl. Huzzah! That's like, a whole model in a week! Less, in fact, since I had 2 non-painting days. Heck, it probably works out at about 4 hrs for the whole thing. Check me and my mad speed painting skills

No pics, sadly. I tried the photobucket app and it's poo. Doesn't work at all, and the rating reflects this. I'll get the pics online the traditional way tomorrow. For now y'all are just gonna have to believe me that I painted her. Just tabletop level - I don't intend to lose sleep over my Malifaux crews. Get some slap on em, move onto the next - that's the ticket

Everything I've posted on the internet in the last few months has been via the photobucket app. Most recent upload was eight days ago. Not sure what the issues are. Failing that, I believe Dropbox will also let you upload pictures directly from your phone.
