Me, Leslie and Gordon played this Friday night and it sent Gordon to sleep and despite being hard to win against the ever evasive Count it was quite a laugh. I particularly like the way GW used to advertise their other games on the side of the box. On space hulk there was a painting guide. I think they still do this for some new releases.

Great thread you've started, I'll have a look for other old stuff.

It does actually look slightly, just a wee bit, skoshi skoshi promising. Free anything is good. The rather OTT fantasy style art on the cover is good. The layout of the cover is nice and minimalist. Inside? Well, we shall have to wait and see...

Also, do they usually give front cover coverage to forge world stuff? I thought they were limited to back-of-mag ads...
