I've finally finished my meganob mek. This guy can be a new leader in my ork mob, having risen to prominence during the recent battles at Nagoyahammer.

It's stock from the new GW meganobs kit, but heavily magnetized.

Had a look through my stash of space marine stuff this evening.

I've got stuff spanning about 30 years!

I've only painted one squad so far, but stopped because of a lack of purpose/direction. Tonight I found that purpose !

I'm going to go with a Siege Assault Vanguard list :D

Been looking through the list tonight, and it is all sorts of awesome !

@Yellowstreak, love it!
Yesterday I put in an order for 2 cigar box battle mats..tundra, and muddy barren. The snow'll suit the space puppies and the mud will represent various medieval or cursed earth scenarios (could easily be dusty desert as well as mud)..that's the hobby fund splurged for the next month or two, but as YS was saying on the NH thread, compare the cost of expensive mats to minis and it seems more reasonable. Hope to pick up a frontline mat in future too, perhaps.
@Auxryn, the meganob is looking tip-top!
