@Ash - Oooh, dont tell me what happens - I have Bioshock sitting on my shelf waiting for me to finished Mass Effect 2 (and, erm, Mass Effect 3. And I rilly want to buy Resi Evil 6, too. Dash it all - so many games, so little time...)

Today I ordered a 200 dollar bag. No, not Louis Vuitton - Battlefoam. Which, to be fair, is the Louis Vuitton of geek bags, no? Anyway from here on in my Stinkies will be travelling in style. (except my land raider, which, being a scratch build is slightly too big for the BattleFoam land raider space. Yes, I could have traced it and faxed in a plan for a custom tray, but the fact is the bloody thing is huge and takes up the same space as about 3 or 4 squads. Likewise, the hellpit abomination is gonna have to find alternative transport for reasons of being a fat b'stard. Not that I actually have an abomination yet, but I has plans, yes I does, precious. Gollum gollum etc etc)

@Prim re; christmas shopping: git  Don't remind me. If there's one thing I hate it's christmas shopping. Bah. Humbug

oh, and :D , just in case

Played a fun game of 40k against admiral badruck. Many thanks to him for coming down to mie all the way from Gifu. I know from experience that it's a heck of a trip, so it really is very much appreciated.

Badruck brought his Tau, I was using my stinkies again. Once more, epidemius's super powers won the day, although some of my units were notably pooper this time. Batrep/thoughts will be typed up once I'm off the iPad and onto the pc later this evening.

Anyway, thanks to badruck for making the trip, and also for bringing down a whole passel of lovely lovely minis for me. I shall have to get my painting groove on and get some slap on em.

Ps @ prim - Sean cried at baddy's beard, too, so don't feel bad :D

Last night, after I finished painting and before I went to bed I dropped one of models while putting it away. The resin shattered and I spent an hour combing the floor, pulling back the refrigerator and a cabinet, picking up lost kernels of rice and lint till I finally found the tiny little pieces. Then I pieced it all together.

Tonight I'll build the list tomorrow and maybe do a little painting again.

Today I tidied up my hobby room a bit. I also got the Romans painted. Still need to do the transfers before I start the process of basing them. This evening I felt like a change of pace so I converted a couple of the Dark Angels models from Dark Vengence. I now have a Terminator Sergeant with lightning claws and a Tactical Sergeant with a power axe and bolt pistol. To finish things off I put a layer of dark green paint on a few Dark Angels. Every little helps.
