That is a cool looking kit. Those guys make some nice stuff!
And it fits nicely with the GW design aesthetic. Just add skulls!
One of the big problems with terrain is getting stuff that looks good together on the table. GWs fantasy range has a rather unique style, but Tabletop World are pretty close to it.

I also got their Cottage, which is a pretty good bargain at €26.50.

Primarch wrote:I had some free time yesterday afternoon, most of which I spent redoing the map for the WFB campaign, but I did manage to get another line infantry regiment assembled for my Napoleonic British army. I have some metal Royal Horse Artillery to clean up during my lunch break today and then hopefully I can get them assembled and primed this afternoon. They will then go in the paint queue behind my Romans and a half painted regiment of Highlanders. Busy, busy, busy.
Well, I got the RHA cleaned up and assembled during my breaktime and I got them primed along with my line infantry this afternoon. After I got in from work tonight I typed up a report for my boss and then settled in to the war of attrition that is my painting table.
Tonight I:
Painted the straps, sandals and belts of 20 Roman soldiers.
Painted the trousers and bedrolls of 24 British soldiers.
Basecoated a British cannon and limber.
Basecoated the crew for said cannon.

Not too bad for a few hours work. :D

Great Ogres Yellowstreak. Now that's how the trolls in the Hobbit range should have looked.
Well done Prim that's one hell of a schedule you've got rolling along. Are you close to your first Hail Caesar game?
More Brits for Black Powder?
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

My first roman brigade is coming along nicely and Badruck is doing some Celts for me. I should be ready for HC soon.
The British are for my Napoleonic army. 1 Brigade is fine for a demo game or a skirmish, but having played some bigger games with Pikey, I want to be able to put down a proper army of at least 3 Brigades eventually.

Oh man. Only the Spevna could accurately phrase how happy those buildings make me feel. Now, I'd only need about 20 of them for a Mordheim board.....

Oh, and great Ogres.
And these last couple of days, I sculpted right trouser legs, belts and got a bit of paint on my latest secret weapon. And was inexplicably, violently ill. Must have been something I ate.
