It's not actually an original, but a resculpt. One of the oldhammer guys did an updated version based on the JG concept sketch but only cast a limited number of them.

The vehicle is from a British company called Daemonscape they have an online shop, but they also sell on eBay too. It cost £12.99, plus £5 shipping. Pretty reasonable for an old school looking hunk of resin
