More dreads for the silly dread list.

One more to go but while assembled, it's not primed so a while off yet.

I've always been a glacial painter, but this one's been in the works for like 9 months now.

Lizards, with a bit of a haphazard scheme. I had this idea of going in on an obsidian/jade sort of thing and avoiding metals but soon gave up and crawled back to Retributor Armour.

Last of the dreads! Technically not done because I am out of Valhalla Blizzard for the base but close enough for government work.

While my bitbox has swelled rapidly I was running short of wolf stuff that felt suitable for a dread, so I stuck some Sisters bits on. The story will be the Zephyrim of the Crusade randomly took a liking to this one, because who knows why Zephyrim do anything*

Speaking of Sisters it really looks like their Codex is dropping soon so I really need to paint and field the last of the backlog** so I can use their old rules once before they get new ones.

* Everybody knows, divine inspiration from the Emperor, obviously.
** Well maybe not the battle sanctum

Been a while since I posted something, so here are some of my Ashwalker veterans. I'm trying to get them done quickly, but I think I might have rushed too much. :?

Ashwalker , I like that.

They don't look rushed to me. Nice Job

The Ashwalkers look great as always.

I finished assembling Cursed City and knocked out a couple of journeys.

So far it's pretty good! It's a lot like Blackstone Fortress as you'd expect but I like the changes they've made. Much more even pacing (both in terms of threat and Inspiration) and the emphasis of character power shifts a bit to the characters themselves and away from gear.

I just look at that setup and think "ohh, me back!"

I'm liking what I see about Cursed City online, although still not quite enough to make me think about finding space for it on the shelf.
Feel free to call me Dave!
