In that case put me in for non vet 40k play but no tournament please.

If you are lacking players for the tournament I'll play in it though.
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Oh what happened! My status changed to veteran on here. Hooray!

Was that automatic once I hit 200 posts? Or was it an arrangement from the Don.

200 posts.

As for the question of rookie, experienced or veteran re: the event.
Rookie - You arent sure of the rules and havent played many games
Experienced - You have played a bit, you know your own army fairly well and win as much as you lose.
Veteran - You have played a lot, you know most armies and what their units can/cant do. You would feel happy teaching someone else to play. (This last one is important, because you may be asked to do so).

But from now on, could we please keep this thread for NEW sign ups only. IE if you have already said you are coming, STOP POSTING HERE! :D Cheers.

I'd like to come! I know I haven't gamed in Japan yet, but I'm very experienced and would be happy to teach new players the game. I don't know where everyone gathers to play, but I live near Tsurumai station. I play Nids and yes, I'd like to enter the tournament. Thank you.

Hey FTA,
Of course you're more than welcome to come along and throw some dice with us.
The regular gaming group's details can be found here.
NagoyaHammer's location etc is here.
Both venues are 1 train/subway stop from Tsurumai or between 15 and 25 minutes walk, so you should have no trouble getting to either.

Looking forward to seeing you at NagoyaHammer though.

Better register before I forget. Put me down for the first day. I'll be doing the 500pt. team games. Looking forward to it.
