A friend of mine is moving to Tokyo soon and wants to play more RPGs but doesn't know where to look.

Does anybody know of any forums or gaming groups in tokyo?

Japan International Gamers Group is where I'd start. Most of they guys there are Tokyo/Kanagawa. http://games.groups.yahoo.com/group/JIGG/
