And Midori-ku? That's like the wilds. Completely inaccessible by car, isn't it?
Midori-ku is VERY accessible by car. In fact it is accessible by Subway too, being a suburb of Nagoya and all. :D

The shop is called Malhen (メルヘン) and it is a short stroll form Aioiyama station on the Sakura-dori (Red) subway line. Hardly the wilds. I have no idea what stuff they stock, it is quite a big shop and they used to have a CCG area up on the 2nd floor. I used to live about 5 minutes away by bike.

Linky here: http://www.marchen-toy.co.jp/index_guide.htm

OT How ironic it is. I used to live in Midori-ku when it was one of the more inconvenient suburbs of Nagoya. Since I left the subway has been extended out there, a Subway sandwich shop has opened and there is a GW stockist to boot. Woah is me. :(

I'm sorry, I mistyped that. :? :D I meant, "Isn't it completely inaccessible without a car?" Okay, it must be time to have a coffee....

And, yeah, it didn't occur to me that the new stations on the Sakura-dori lead into Midori-ku. Well, I might have to make it a destination for a bike ride some time.

People started declaring things like "I'm never going to buy from GW"
ooooh, we never did. I said I was only going to buy the odd model here and there, and Spev has had his Spevna stance for years.
...and "Warmahordes is better!"
...but it is :?
And I think your point is mute.
moot, mate, moot.

mute = unable to make a sound
moot = irrelevant

Sorry for nitpicking, but internet wrong-word misspelling does my nut in. I suppose I should be grateful you didnt say "their" instead of "there" or something like that. brrrrrrrr

ps if anyone wants to verbally crucify me for crimes against the common comma, please be my guest. Word usage I can do. Spelling, mostly. Commas, forget about it :(

pps - while we're at it:
woah is me
woe! woe is me!

I've been holding the Spevna stance since November 2009.

...and "Warmahordes is better!"

...but it is
I'm sure it is. ;) But, just not on a GW thread, right? I've got too much invested to have my opponents flee to some upstart game.

As for grammar/spelling, you caught me, but I might point out it is an expression I rarely say, less write, so I might be forgiven on that, please.

But, if you are going to crucify me, please cite your quotes, because I am pretty sure that I never wrote "woe betide me" or whatever.

Lastly, GW sucks for not to allowing me to order their overpriced (but very fun and cool) junk from Ikeda's place.

 Do people not read anymore? (and that's people plural, btw) (ed. Well Duh! The singular form would be most out of place here)

The "woah is me was" a quote from Pikey, about half a dozen posts above.

Speaking of whom, I din't say nuffink abart apostrophes, me ol mucka. Commas, yes, lay in there. Apostrophes, however, get thrown by the wayside in this cutthroat world of internet punctuation. Let em lie there, I say!

Heck no. I reserve the right to express my opinion on any thread, whether its about GW or not. As for fleeing to other games, it is possible to play more'n one, y'know. (ooh lookit! two apostrophes!) Most of us do, in fact.
