I would like to play too, but I guess my army won't have arrived by then either. Primarch, is that list 25 points? That Destroyer looks really scary...

actually, thats a good point by the underdweller - I dont actually know how many points I have, and I wont know until it arrives, as I have no rulebook, either. Ah, the joys of blind ignorance...

Yep, my list is 25 points (actually its 31 including the 6 bonus points from the butcher).

Just ordered the models I need today. I also placed an order for the Underdweller's Menoth force. I'm not sure when it will arrive as the shop didnt have everything in stock yet.

Yeah, Menoth looks pretty cool! Here are the models I have ordered:

High Exemplar Kreoss
Crusader
Repenter
Revenger
Choir
Hierophant
Exemplar Errants
Exemplar Errant Officer and Standard Bearer

I would like to swap out a couple of the warjacks (I got these by default because they came with the starting box), and get a couple of other support models, eventually. I also think The Harbringer and Amon look pretty cool, but I heard Kreoss was a good warcaster for beginners. Since I haven't got much experience in wargaming, I figured I'd go with him.

by the way, I don't know if you guys are familiar with a program called Vassal, but you can download it for free and install the officially "allowed" warmachine mod for it, and wargame online.

I'd be up for 'net battling!

@underdweller: Wow nice, that list is looking pretty solid. Apart from looking like a space marine, I also like Kreoss because he is one of the "good guys" when it comes to protectorate warcasters. The scrutators and especially Feora are just really fanatical and evil (although, admittedly their models look really cool as well). Look forward to seeing them on the table, hopefully soon.

@ennui: Oh of course, I forgot all about it, downloading it and warmachine's "allowed" addon now. Let's have a game! when ever you're ready ^o^v

I hope so, too, Underdweller!

Tonight Jus and I played a rousing 10 point Mangled Metal game over Vassal. The module for WM/H is actually very well done, and once we figured stuff out, it went really well! I highly recommend it, especially for trying out new armies! It's almost as fun as the real thing!
