Oh I avoided chicken in kyushoku today only to attempt a 1 hour cycle home from work in the 4 o clock sun. Soon as I got in the door I hit the bacon sandwiches with ketchup and tabasco. I needed the hit. Save the workout for tomorrow evening. :D
I knew a vegetarian back in Canada who ate bacon. She figured it was overly-processed enough to not qualify as meat.

I'm liking that idea already.

Well played. Vegetarianism is a sin.

"Oh but it's death for no reason, death for no reason. it's murder."

Zip it Morrissey
. "But it is." :)

OK grammar gurus here is one that always gets me. :geek: Which is correct? "We need a Morrissey smiley".

or, "We need a Morrissey smiley."

英作文 (えいさくぶん) 「ei saku bun」

=(lit) English-Make-Sentence
or more practically, English composition.

My kids have to translate Japanese sentences to English. They do about 4 or 5 sentences, start with 10 points, and for every mistake, be it punctuation, spelling, or grammar, they get -1 point. My worst so far (ever) was a mighty -7 out of 10. On the plus side, plenty of kids get 10 regularly :)

Thursday workout.

Start time: 9:19 pm
End time: 10:01 pm
Pace: 11:22/km

Distance: 3.69km

Calories: 283

Three minutes running this time with 2 minute walking intervals for 21 minutes followed by 20 minutes cycling with school Mam posture recommended by MIJ. Water drank after running before moving to cycling. So more exercise this time but less calories burnt slightly. Interesting. I really should post this on a jogging forum I know. :geek:

Dont pay too much attention to the amount of calories burnt as those machines are notoriously off.

Focus more on the distance covered and aim to cover the same distance in less time. Once you have peaked, reset and start over with a new longer distance.

Thanks, it's just a Nike ap on my i pod while jogging and cycling by bike around my apartment so not a gym machine. I ran slightly more but cycled slightly less distance it seems. All that work for half a packet of baby star ramen snacks, wow.
