I hate those models I'm afraid, that's why I posted them. They just look like He-Man action figures. I don't like the way GW WH stuff is really out of proportion since last year. Minis with axes and spears 10 times the size of their heads and hands. Riding something that can hardly hold them. There is comedy factor to it of course. I'm not a fan of the maxitures either. Giant spider etc. The Ogre army used to look quite menacing and scary now it just looks like a load of pissed up Brits abroad.

I like them fine, though I can see how they are a little exaggerated and might not be some peoples' style.

I find it difficult to identify any WH fantasy minis I like anymore. Its that more than anything else that prevents me from playing it. Basically I agree with Ashmie - the proportions are for shit, and the whole thing has lost any semblance of grittiness that it once had. It's a big jokey cartoon setting these days. For what it's worth, though, I actually dont mind the arachnarok. Gobboes were always daft as a brush, and there's just something indefinably cool about giant spiders. Go figure *shrug*

@ Admiral, Fair enough, if you like those models that's cool. They do look comical so that's fun right. And back on topic, @ TOD you should totally buy this tape measure if you like it. I'm surprised there isn't a Lazar sight. Perhaps they will sell a separate LED kit to attach to it to make that work. Sarah Conner?
