Re: Reaper Bones - Kickstarter
Both Konrad and I seem keen on swamp things/troll - probly worth adding an extra set for 5 bucks.
Also, new stretch goal - grave danger - I fancy top left and top right chaps (skelly and vamp lord)

Re: Reaper Bones - Kickstarter
@prim - I'm in for 50dollars. That's one dragon and 20% of whatever the final mini count is. I don't think we should count Sophie as 25bucks, unless you also count all the rest of the minis at 75bucks total then divvy that up by 200nsomething to get individual prices for those minis. I think a more amicable way of doing things might be to put Sophie aside for further debate, divide up the number of minis by the number of folks who paid in (proportionate to their buy-in) and then let folks pick out minis they want that nobody else wants up to their total allocate number of figs (keeping some space for disputed minis). After that, we can discuss like gentlemen/roll dice/pistols at dawn to decide who gets first dibs on the remaining disputed minis. Honestly, between now and march id hope we can iron out any disputes just by discussion.
Sophie, otoh, is a bit of a sticky wicket. I do rather want the model, but not enough to pay 25bucks for it. If I did, I'd just buy it in a separate pledge. Meh, we have time to work it out I'm sure we can come to some sort of an agreement.

Update: new goal achieved: I'd also quite like the sexy lady storm giant, but I'm not about to fight anyone over her.

Re: Reaper Bones - Kickstarter
No worries, as I said, folks can just pay for what they want rather than a set amount. That way you dont end up with minis you have no interest in. But you're right, plenty of time to sort stuff out later.
Painted Minis in 2014: 510, in 2015: 300, in 2016 :369, in 2019: 417, in 2020: 450

Pledged!
Here is one idea for organising who gets what from the basic set at Nagoya Hammer.
Each of us rolls a dice and establish a 'picking' order from highest to lowest. The person with the highest score gets to pick one model, then the person with the next score until we have been right round. We then go round again and again. Once all the models you want have gone you can drop out and take your goodies and pay for them.
Thinking about the Sophie question, how about we work things out as follows?
Normal figure = 1
Large model (e.g. giant, griffon etc) = 2
Sophie = 5.
So there are currently 217 minis in the set. (Actually 221 as there will be 2 of the Swamp Monsters). Of those, there are 9 large models (Griffon, Owlbear, 2 Giants, Gorilla, Fire Elemental, 2 Trolls and the Glowing Green thing). The above system will give a model count of 234. So the final price is divided by 234 giving a total of 55c per model for the standard human sized stuff, $1.10 for the big minis and $2.75 for Sophie? Is a 90% discount ok?
Anyway, this is just a thought and in no way legally binding.
Counter proposals are welcomed and we have 7 months minimum before the minis arrive.

Re: Reaper Bones - Kickstarter
Possibles, possibles.
Counter proposal (just an idea, mind. I'm not saying its a better one than yours):
How about rather than applying a cash value to a mini, we just use ratios.
E.g. Total cost of base set :125 bucks (I'm including shipping) for 217minis.
So if I pledged 125 bucks, id get all of em. (not that I will)
If I pledged 62.50bucks I'd get half of 217 (eeerr 108.5 minis)
If I pledged 31.25bucks I'd get a quarter of 217 (54.25 minis)
And so on.
I appreciate this system doesn't allow for big models vs small ones, but I don't think that should matter. If somebody wants 5 big models and I want 5 small ones, I say he can have em. Tis no skin offa my nose. I also think that we should clear up waaaay in advance who wants what. I'll see if I can draw up a list of "booked" minis, as well as a list of "double booked" minis. Then, once Naghammer rolls around, all we have to divvy up is the ones folks are less interested in but will take to fill out their order.
Ps having sophie as 5 models suits me fine, as at 25dollars I'm due about 1/5th of the total minis, ie 43 figs. There's only about 30 of em that I defo want. The rest will just be filler, so swapping some out to account for Sophie is fine by me
