OK, as I understand it, it currently looks like this:

Prim - Blue - 24 minis
Konrad - Red - 23 minis, plus a bunch of creepy crawlies
MiJ - Yellow - 34 minis
Kbear - Charming Pink - 7 minis (what scorpions?)
apologies for missing Kbear first time around - didnt see his post

These numbers include disputed minis, so for example me and Konrad both want wizardy bloke 5th in, and I counted him for both our mini counts.

There are still loads of minis left, and if we're calling dibs, I could use the male storm giant, too :D

Scorpions are in the creepy crawly section.

There will be two sets of Swamp Things, so that is covered.

As for myself:
Gnome - Top row, 1 in.
Flaming Sword Knight, Row 5, 4 in.
Female Spellcaster, top row 7 in.
1 of Each from the Dungeon Attack set. (There are 4 duplicates of each pose).
From the Fighters set, The dragon headed guy and the 'stern, disapproving look' Knight
From the BBEG set, the evil sorceress
From the Haunts set, the 'floating in anguish' chick.
From the Heroes set, the concept art female fighter.
From the Iconics set, the guy in the long coat and the guy with two swords and a bow across his back.
From the Iconics 2 set, the guy with the familiar on his hand and the halfling.
And we might have to dice off over the male giant.

Is there any way to buy in for a couple of models? I have interest in the two remaining dwarves, if it possible to buy them from you guys.

@prim - ok, I'll update the pic on Sunday. Due to emergency family reasons we have to go to nagano tomorrow, and I won't be back till Sunday. I appreciate the KS is over by then, so we can consider posts made here to be binding.

@spev and job - well, prim is gonna get whatever minis aren't dibbed by me, Konrad or Kojibear, so you can probly just buy em off him for tuppence ha'penny :)

Bearing in mind that Koji and Konrad get first choice on this;
@Job & Spevna - We can probably work something out.

I didnt see any fancy dots on them so figured they were up for grabs. If not, no worries.

Neither Konrad nor Koji has expressed any interest in them so far. :D

Well, if they dont, I would be keen. Could maybe exchange them for the incoming Epic 40K stuff Ive got coming in.

Should they come to pass, I'm interested in the necromancers :)
