Looks great Nick and all very positive. Good to see. I've been following on facebook for a few weeks now but there is one thing I want to point out that I think might help you guys. I'm still left wondering what you guys do. Is it teacher training, is it careers advice? Corporate management? It's not clear from the website title page what you guys are offering.
All you need is a simple tagline under Stella Innovations your guiding star that tells us precisely what you offer in corporate terms. For example, 'Stella innovations your guiding star' followed by 'Qualified and motivated Career Educators for corporate and private businesses.' The descriptions on the website are great, telling us your philosophy and it's all very inspiring. It just needs that short precise tag on the front page to tell us what you are about and what you are offering. Hope this is helpful. Good luck. I'll keep you in mind for anything that might come up. :)
Forget about yesterday, don't worry about tomorrow because all that matters is today.

Glad to see someone feels the same as me (Ashmie). I was reading through te site and thinking "all very swish, but what do they actually do?"

As ash suggests, a wee tag line or similar description would be great. Just "providers of management training" or something would do the job nicely. If you wanted to go further, a few examples of how you do business might help. Eg client gets in touch, describes situation and training needed, you go design a package for em, you haggle back ad forth about prices, y'all agree, you turn up and deliver training, their productivity goes up, everybody goes home happy.

That kinda thing, but more professional :p
