The War Room App is out and I am downloading it now. Download it and check it out!

Easy, tiger. It's been out for a while, and has had serious teething troubles. Personally, I d/ld it and paid for the Cryx deck while I was in Scotland. All was fine. However, I then d/ld the latest update a few days ago, and now all my cards are gone. There is no record anywhere of my having paid for the cryx deck, despite my brain (and more importantly, my bank statement) confirming that I did indeed pay for it. In-app, though, I can log into my user account, and when I try and access my Cryx cards it just pops up and says "you do not own this deck. Go to the store to buy it."

I've emailed tinker house about it, and eagerly await their response...

Am currently in the "not pleased" camp. Depending on the response (or lack of) I may move to the "mollified" or "actively pissed off" camp...

You've had it for a while and no post about it?

That is a shame. Good to know though. I was going to pay for the Cygnar cards. My iPad sucks though. It crashes a lot with many apps now

I bought the old analogue Khador cards ages ago. So far no crashes or messages saying I don't own them.

I am certainly happy using analog. I would only buy the app for the updates so I can easily and quickly see what to buy next and what units can be taken with Cygnar.

I had similar issue with Steam. They sorted it though. You probably need to buy the app from the Japan app store. With itunes you usually have to use the uk itunes or the japan one.
Remember when we downloaded Yoda and it was a uk download but wouldn't run on the Japanese machine. Perhaps it's a similar issue. It may well just be a bug though.

It is available. That is what I was downloading.

Well, I got an email from Tinkerhouse Games today, and I have to say they get the thumbs up from me. Super polite response. The very first line of the email was an apology, and the rest of it said that it must have been an upload error on their server, so to fix it they had gone into their server and manually updated my info. I logged back into War Room, and Bob's yer uncle - Cryx data is all there again. All good.

So there you have it. Tinkerhouse Games - not perfect, but striving to be so.

Btw, in all the kerfuffle, I neglected to mention - War Room is actually a pretty handy app. The fact that it updates to contain all the newest cards as they're released is the big selling point for me, but generally it's pretty cool for a variety of reasons.
