New Chaos

Nonono, badruck - thats not the way. Whacha do is:

1) feel the need to play chaos. This can be inspired by the minis, but is not dependent on em. If it is inspired by the minis, go straight to step 4. If not, proceed to step 2.
2) read the codex and make sure it isn't really boring to play chaos
3) look at minis and decide if you like em or not. If you do, great, if not, start thinking "what can I proxy here..."
4) Start painting

With all I have on my plate chaos is just going to have to wait. Codex believe it or not never factors in to my equation... I am keen to start 30k as soon as the thousand sons rules are out I will start buying them. As long as Prime is still cool to play 30k

As far as I can see, they aren't converted at all.

Fair play - those are pretty dang nurgley looking. Personally I'd convert em anyway, but that's a personal taste thing. The chosen are nice sculpts, no doubt, they're just not my personal vision of nurgle.

I had a quick skim through it yesterday. It looks alright. It's a shame that they didn't put more characters in. The layout is much improved though.

Mine should be coming in the next few weeks. Until then, a quick question: can I still run my nurgle marine army roughly as-is? By that I mean units of 7, everybody has the mark of nurgle (or equivalent)?
