Yesterday I went for a 40 minute run and cycle and studied Kanji for an hour. This morning I got up at 5:30 and went for a 20 minute jog and walk.
It's 9 40 now and I'm getting bored because I've been up 4 hours already. It was a nice change to be fresh in the morning though. Well recommend exercise before work. Sounds crazy but it does relax the brain and clear the fog. No painting.
Skin looks fine MiJ, as Neil Bucannon of Art Attack used to say, "Doesn't have to be neat, doesn't have to be accurate."

I repainted my lackluster battle standard, and I'm quite happy with it now, if I do say so myself. Pardon the blurry camera photo.

Today I went to Tokyu hands and bought some strong wood glue, wood, a hack saw and G-clamp and some other bits and pieces. I have the terrain making bug....

family stuff, mostly. Went for a walk, bought doughnuts. Ate said confections while watching Sherlock with the missus. I also asked this question (well, last night, actually) and so I replied to the responses today.

@MiJ - SHe looks great on her lion! The shadows look very natural and the colour seems to fit well with the lion mount.

Cycled 15km, did some KettleBell swings, fasted for 23 hours.

Painted my Epic Ork HQ. They are my first 6mm infantry and I am pretty happy with how they turned out.
