I painted a gunwagon and a stand of 5 boyz for my Epic army. Also got started on a stand of nobz.

I also took possession of;
WH40K mini rulebook and templates
3 metal Killa Kanz
1 metal Deff Dredd

By the end of next week I should have 3 more Killa Kanz. That will take the total to 9 Killa kanz and 2 deff dredds. FInally my dream of an all walker Ork army will be realised

anyway. What I did today was more Lelith Lion Lady. The skin isnt finished yet, I suspect, but its better than it was. I'm moving on to doing her clothes, such as they are, as this will inform how light/dark to go on the skin.









Things to note: its all actually a lot lighter than it looks. Highest highlight on her nose/brows/most of face, bum cheeks and boob tops (all the focal points, really ) is Vallejo Ivory, which is as near white as dammit.

The grey of her clothes is much darker than the end grey will be, I hope. The current grey will likely be the darkest shadow. I was just curious to see how skavenblight dinge looked. 's my only new Citadel colour, which I only bought cos I needed a quid or so to go over the free postage when I got my lahmaean in Scotland. How was I to know it would dry so dark?

Today, I got soundly thrashed at Blood Bowl; my Undead team went down 0-2 to Brian's Nurgle's Rotters. To add insult to injury, one of my Ghouls was killed and subsequently joined the Rotters.

Was he fouled to death? Did he trip while going for it and die? That would have added uber insult to the injury.

@MiJ - Her skin is looking vera nice! It's how I imagine Wood Elf tone to be, a more outdoorsy and warm tone I thought you were planning on painting her clothes, well her rags , in a dark green like the gems on the lion?

Early this morning and this afternoon I put on some more paint on the cuirassiers while also getting in a college football game. Now to hop on the bicycle!

@kbear - I'm kinda thinking to do the actual cloth a pale grey with green tones in the highlight. The armour panels will be NMM green (maybe. Depends if I can pull it off. Worst case scenario it'll be shiny green )
