While I will not, nor could I, defend the new series, remember the originals were ....campy, stinky, silly things but we didn't notice or care because we were 6 years old. Star Wars is awesome in spite of George Lucas and will do fine without him. Let the man rest and swim in his Olympic sized pool of money. I doubt Disney will screw this up. They have 4 billion dollars invested in it after all.

The Empire Strikes Back is wicked good and has nothing cheesy about it at all .
